When will we hold the mediation?

I know you’re busy. You may be adjusting to new living arrangements, but you still have to get the kids to school on time and turn up and do your job,  You might have already had to take a lot of time off and it may be difficult to get extra time off to come and participate in family dispute resolution.

To try to make this process just a little bit easier for you, I am available to conduct intake sessions and mediations seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.

The usual timeslots available for half day mediations are:

  • 9.30am to 1.30pm, ideal for anyone who needs to drop the kids at school before we start and pick them up after we finish

  • 2.00pm to 6.00pm, ideal for busy people who need to get a morning’s work done so they can focus on the dispute resolution process in the afternoon

  • 6.30pm to 10.30pm, ideal for people who just can’t get time off work during the day

These timeslots are flexible. Subject to availability, you can book any four hour block that starts after 8.00am and ends by 10.30pm.

The costs are the same whether the session is held during office hours, in the evenings, or on a weekend.
