Where will we hold the mediation?

Your own location

I am happy to come to any location that you or your lawyers organise, anywhere in Victoria.  The only requirements are that the venue needs to include two rooms and it has to be possible to have a private conversation in one room that can’t be heard in the other one. I don’t believe that access to family dispute resolution should be more expensive for people who live in regional Victoria, so I will not charge for travel to any part of this State.

Zoom

There are many reasons to hold a mediation using Zoom.  Some people are more comfortable with meeting on Zoom, and sometimes it is necessary for safety reasons.  If you and your partner live in different parts of the state, Zoom may be the most convenient way to hold a meeting.

Whatever the reason may be, if everyone involved agrees, I will set up a Zoom meeting with breakout rooms to ensure confidentiality for our private discussions.
